Job Overview

Toolify Private Limited is seeking an experienced HR Executive (IT Field Only) to join our team. As an HR Executive, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment process, talent acquisition, payroll management, and social media marketing. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in the IT recruitment field and possess strong skills in interviewing candidates, screening resumes, and executive search. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India.

• 4 to 6 years of experience in IT recruitment
• Proven track record in talent acquisition
• Strong interviewing and candidate assessment skills
• Excellent knowledge of screening resumes
• Experience in executive search and headhunting
• Proficiency in payroll management
• Familiarity with social media marketing
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources or related field

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for IT positions
• Source and attract candidates through various channels
• Screen resumes and conduct interviews to assess candidate suitability
• Coordinate with hiring managers to understand hiring needs
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes
• Handle payroll management and ensure timely salary payments
• Manage social media marketing activities to attract prospective candidates
• Conduct executive search to identify potential senior-level hires
• Stay updated with industry trends and adapt recruitment strategies accordingly
• Collaborate with other HR team members to drive HR initiatives
