HR Intern
to join our team and gain hands-on experience in human resources operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, and scheduling interviews
Support onboarding and employee engagement activities
Maintain and update HR databases and employee records
Draft HR documents such as offer letters, internship letters, and job descriptions
Assist with performance management and learning & development initiatives
Participate in HR projects, surveys, and internal communication initiatives
Requirements
Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Management, or related field
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Good organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Eagerness to learn and contribute in a dynamic environment
