Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end
recruitment process
: job postings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and coordinating with candidates.
Maintain and update
employee records
and HR databases.
Support the
onboarding process
of new employees, including documentation and induction.
Draft HR letters, policies, and other documentation as required.
Assist in day-to-day
HR operations and administrative tasks
.
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information responsibly.
Requirements
Pursuing or recently completed
MBA/PGDM/BBA in HR, or related field
.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Willingness to learn and take initiative.
