Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to identify the best candidates.
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and priorities.
2. Talent Acquisition:
Stay updated, Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future staffing needs.
Utilize various recruitment channels, including social media, job boards, and professional networks.n industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition.
Onboarding and Orientation:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a smooth transition into the organization.
Coordinate orientation programs to familiarize new employees with company policies, culture, and expectations.

HR Policies and Compliance:
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
Provide guidance to employees and managers on HR-related matters.

Data Management:
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of candidates and employees.
Generate reports and analyze recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of hiring strategies.

Employee Engagement:
Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement employee engagement initiatives.
Foster a positive work environment that promotes employee satisfaction and retention.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
Certification in Human Resources Management (optional but preferred)
