Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and follow-ups.
Support HR operations such as onboarding, induction, and exit formalities.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR strategies and initiatives aligned with business goals.
Help maintain HR systems and records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Draft HR documents, emails, reports, and policy guidelines.
Coordinate employee engagement activities and internal communication efforts.
Assist in payroll preparation and attendance management (if applicable).
Stay updated on labor laws and HR best practices.
