Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end
recruitment processes

Support the
onboarding and orientation

Maintain and update

and HR databases accurately.
Help organize
training sessions, employee engagement activities,
and performance evaluations.
Assist in drafting

Coordinate with department heads to understand
staffing requirements

Support payroll preparation, attendance tracking, and leave management.
Handle basic
employee queries
and ensure timely resolution.
Participate in
HR projects
related to process improvement and compliance.
