Key Responsibilities:
Assist the HR and
training team
in onboarding new hires like showroom staff, sales executives, tailors, and helpers
Help organize and coordinate
training sessions
, workshops, and on-floor skill development
Maintain training records, feedback forms, and attendance sheets
Ensure new employees understand store policies, customer handling etiquette, and product knowledge
Help prepare training materials, printed manuals, or visual guides in coordination with team leads
Support day-to-day HR operations: recruitment follow-ups, documentation, and employee queries
Skills & Requirements:
Keen interest in HR, especially employee training and development
Good verbal and written communication skills (Hindi/Marathi/English)
Comfortable working on the shop floor with various staff categories
Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn
Proficient in MS Office (Excel/Word) and WhatsApp communication
Pursuing or completed a degree/diploma in HR, Business Administration, or similar
