Key Responsibilities
Assist in end-to-end recruitment process (job posting, screening, scheduling interviews)
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Support onboarding and induction programs
Help organize employee engagement activities
Assist in payroll coordination and attendance tracking
Prepare HR reports and documentation
Handle basic employee queries
Support compliance and HR policies implementation
