We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Executive
to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance management, and compliance activities.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in end-to-end recruitment and selection process
Maintain employee records and HR databases
Handle onboarding, induction, and exit formalities
Monitor attendance, leave, and payroll inputs
Support HR policies, employee engagement, and grievance handling
Coordinate with departments for HR operations and compliance
Prepare HR letters, MIS reports, and maintain confidentiality of records
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field
1-3 years of experience in HR operations or recruitment (freshers with internship experience may apply)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software tools
Well-versed with HR practices, and compliance basics
