As an HR Executive for the recruitment department, you will be responsible for recruiting and selecting candidates for various positions within the organization.
Responsibilities:

Screening resumes and conducting initial phone screens.
2.
Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates.
3.
Administering appropriate company assessments.
4.
Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers.
5.
Following up on the interview process status.
6.
Completing timely reports on employment activity.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Familiarity with HR databases and applicant tracking systems.
Strong decision-making skills.
Ability to work in a team environment.
Attention to detail and result-oriented mindset.
Experience: 1 to 3 year
Should be proficient with MS Office, Advance Excel
