This job would be carried out from the candidate's own residential premises and would require
working during the night shift.
Roles and Responsibilities
xe2x97x8f Support Team Members in all Departments
xe2x97x8f Updating the HR/ Employee database management;
xe2x97x8f Performing Office Maintenance and Admin related duties;
xe2x97x8f Co-coordinating and helping the accounts team Expense and Asset Management.
xe2x97x8f Managing Recruitment / Staffing; joining and relieving formalities;
xe2x97x8f Handling / supporting of the Recruitment Process;
xe2x97x8f Employee Attendance and leave management and records.
xe2x97x8f Payroll activities.
xe2x97x8f Review and process reimbursements
xe2x97x8f Prepare budgets
xe2x97x8f Keep records of invoices and tax payments
xe2x97x8f Manage companys liabilities (e.g. insurance premium)
xe2x97x8f Identify and address account discrepancies.
xe2x97x8f Manage relationships with vendors and service providers, ensuring that all items are
invoiced and paid on timeExperience - 2 to 5 years
