We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will support day-to-day HR operations and employee engagement while ensuring HR policies and procedures are effectively implemented.
Key Responsibilities:
Office Management
Assist in event planning and coordination.
Handle onboarding formalities and induction programs.
Handle accounting/payroll related functions such as invoicing and billing, working with our Third Part Administrator.
HR Operations
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Assist in processing payroll inputs and attendance tracking.
Manage employee documentation, including offers, contracts, and exit forms.
Employee Engagement
Support employee engagement initiatives and HR events.
Address employee queries related to HR policies, benefits, and procedures.
Performance Management
Assist in coordinating appraisal cycles and feedback mechanisms.
Help in tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics.
Compliance & Policies
Ensure HR practices comply with labour laws and internal policies.
Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and SOPs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Strong working knowledge of related employment laws.
Minimum of 4 years' experience in an HR role (generalist or operations preferred).
Proven experience to drive culture and employee engagement.
Experience drafting and implementing policies.
Knowledge of HR functions and best practices.
Strong interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); knowledge of HRMS is a plus.
Preferred Attributes:
Minimum of 4 years' experience in an HR leadership role.
High degree of confidentiality and professionalism.
Previous global experience preferred.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
This position follows a hybrid work schedule in Pune, India.
