Key Responsibilities:Recruitment & Onboarding:
Source, screen, and schedule interviews for potential candidates
Coordinate onboarding and induction programs
Maintain and update employee records
Attendance & Leave Management:
Monitor daily attendance and leave tracking
Ensure timely maintenance of attendance registers and biometric reports
Follow-up on absenteeism, unplanned leaves, and documentation (e.g., medical certificates)
Employee Relations:
Handle employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and leaves
Assist in addressing grievances and disciplinary actions professionally
Ensure high levels of employee engagement and morale
Performance Management:
Support in appraisal and performance evaluation processes
Maintain records of performance discussions and increments
General Administration Support:
Coordinate with Admin team for office supplies, housekeeping, and general facilities management
Support in event planning (birthdays, celebrations, team outings, etc.)
Key Skills Required:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Familiarity with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and HRMS tools
Discretion and confidentiality
Qualifications & Experience:
Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resource Management or related field
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in HR operations, preferably in a mid-sized corporate environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
