Job Profile & Key Responsibilities:
Handling the entire recruitment process for and onboarding. (End-to-end recruitment)
Ensures all company HR-related policies are applied consistently.
Attends departmental meetings to increase HR visibility, conducts training, provides assistance, and implements HR initiatives.
Participates in the Annual Performance Appraisal process.
Maintain and process the leave management system and monthly payroll.
Take care of EPF, PT, and MLWF timely returns.
Resolving employees' grievances.
Objectively coaches associates and management through complex and difficult issues. Provides guidance to management on appropriate disciplinary action. Assists with on-site investigations.
Core- HR activities ( LMS, statutory returns, reviews, timely feedback to employees concern)
Preferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in HR or related field required;
Two plus years of human resources generalist experience required; management experience is a plus.
Intermediate Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills; advanced skills preferred.
Content-knowledge regarding employment law, policies, procedures, and programs
Decision Making: Experience in defining problems, collecting data, establishing facts and drawing valid conclusions
Experience responding to common inquiries or complaints
Strong presentation skills are required.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
