About the Role
We are looking for an HR Executive to join our team and handle core HR Operations, Payroll activities, and day-to-day employee management. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to support the HR department in ensuring smooth and efficient business operations. Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end payroll processing and maintain accurate employee records.
Handle HR operations including onboarding, documentation, attendance, and leave management.
Support recruitment activities such as scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
Maintain employee database and ensure compliance with company policies.
Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, and general operations.
Assist in performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
Prepare HR reports and ensure timely submission.
Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and HR best practices. Skills & Requirements
Minimum 1 year of experience in HR Operations, Payroll, or related functions.
Basic knowledge of HR processes, compliance, and documentation.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/software.
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
Bachelor's degree (HR specialization preferred but not mandatory).
