Job Description
1. Responsible for carrying out recruitment for front end staff through NGO's , skill development agencies.
r 2. On-boarding of employees, carrying out joining formalities, maintaining employee records.
r 3. Initiating disciplinary action against erring employees such as coaching and counselling, issuing warning letters.
r 4. Handling employee grievances and resolving the same.
