: \xc2\xb7 Responsible for employee payroll \xc2\xb7 Experience in Statutory, PF & ESIC Compliance. \xc2\xb7 Responsible for statutory compliance (PF & ESIC) \xe2\x80\x93 Filing monthly contributions & generating challans \xc2\xb7 Manage employees\xe2\x80\x99 grievances \xc2\xb7 Responsible for recording employees\xe2\x80\x99 attendance \xc2\xb7 Responsible for recruitment as and on boarding \xc2\xb7 Responsible for employee engagement \xc2\xb7 Ensure smooth employee documentation process in the organization \xc2\xb7 Knowledge on Labour law, registers \xc2\xb7 PT registrations for new canters, renewals (all states) \xc2\xb7 update to date on new amendments Job Type: Full-time Salary: \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb930,000.00 per month Benefits:
