Quiqup Innovations Pvt Ltd (PIQYU) is an emerging start-up in the last mile logistics service based in Hyderabad. We provide delivery services to major e-commerce and hyperlocal delivery companies, utilizing electric vehicles for environmentally friendly operations. PIQYU is into last mile logistics services based in Hyderabad with services across India serving clients like Zepto, Meesho, Big Basket, and Amazon. Job Role and Responsibilities :

• Creating job descriptions for various roles and advertising them on various platforms, and social media, professional platforms like Naukri, Indeed and Linkedin) conducting preliminary interviews.
• Assisting the recruitment process by reviewing CVs and shortlisting candidates
• Managing & maintaining employee records and information.
• Provide support to HR operations.
• Monitoring Attendance, Payroll Processing, Issuing Offer & Relieving letters. \xe2\x80\xa2
• Well versed with basic HR processes end to end such as Employee Onboarding, Documentations, Background Verifications.
• Provide support to employees in various HR related topics such as leaves and compensation

Candidate Profile :

• MBA graduate or other equivalent degree with min 2 years of experience in HR generalist role.
• Must posses good communcation skills both verbal and written.
• Good Interpersonnal skills.
• Prior experience working with HRM Softwares
• Knowledge and understanding of HR cycle
• Ability to coordinate and work as a part of the team
• Efficiency in time management
• Must be a Team player

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Salary: \xe2\x82\xb920,000.00 - \xe2\x82\xb925,000.00 per month Benefits:
