The Candidate must have good English speaking and writing skills.
Candidates will be responsible for the onboarding process of new hires like sending offer letters, coordinating interviews, and updating the company database with their information.
An experience in using excel, google sheets, Word and PowerPoint is required for maintaining payroll data including leaves, working hours, and bank accounts.
Should be able to support in building a \xe2\x80\x9cHigh performance and Happy Team\xe2\x80\x9d culture.
The Candidate will also be needed to help with content writing and digital marketing work like social media etc. as required.
Collect and update our database with new hire information (e.g. employment forms and contact information).
Maintain payroll data including leaves, working hours, and bank accounts.
Work on drafting new HR policies and Proof-read HR documents.
Post new positions on websites and job boards
Assist with screening resumes and applications
Send offer and regret letters
Requirements:
Proven work experience as an HR Executive, HR Manager, or similar role
Familiarity with Human Resources Management Systems and Applicant Tracking Systems
Experience with full-cycle recruiting
Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves, and insurance)
Demonstrable leadership abilities
Solid communication skills
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s & Masters in Human Resources Management or relevant field
