Greetings from Hybridclosys Software Solutions We are looking for HR Executive who can join us immediately.Role: HR Executive - Night Shift (US)
Location: LB Nagar, Hyderabad
Timings: 6 PM - 3 AM IST
Experience: 2-4 YearsDesired Candidate Profile:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR recruitment.
- MBA HR with a clear vision of building a career in HR.
- Good command of verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent Negotiation skills.
- Responsible for handling requirements and candidate management.
- Responsible for full-cycle recruiting: interview coordination till onboarding.
- Making job postings on job portals.
- Sourcing candidates from various job portals as per requirement.
- Screening the candidate's resumes and contacting relevant candidates.
- Assess the knowledge, communication skills, aptitude, and experience of the applicant.
- Conducting interviews for shortlisted candidates with Interviewers.
- Follow up with the candidates till they are onboarded.
- Maintain candidates database.
- Manage onboarding and new hire process.
