Key Responsibilities
End-to-end recruitment for engineers, diploma/ITI staff, office & support roles
Coordinate interviews, issue offer & appointment letters
Handle employee joining, documentation, NDA & exit formalities
Maintain attendance, leave & HR records
Coordinate monthly payroll inputs (attendance, deductions, stipend)
Ensure compliance with PF, ESI, labour laws & factory rules
Support internships, training & induction programs
Handle employee grievances and shopfloor discipline
Prepare basic HR MIS & reports
Support admin activities (bus facility, visitor coordination, audits)
Required Skills
Basic to good knowledge of HR operations & recruitment
Understanding of labour laws (PF, ESI, Factory Act)
Good documentation & MS Excel skills
Strong coordination and follow-up ability
High confidentiality & discipline mindset
