  • HR professional who will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing the organization's training, development, and performance management programs. The ideal candidate should have strong knowledge of competency mapping, training needs assessment, and the ability to create KRAs & KPIs independently for various roles.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Training & Development
  • Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) across departments to identify skill gaps and development requirements.
  • Design, plan, and execute in-house training programs (technical, behavioural, and soft skills).
  • Coordinate with internal teams, external trainers, and subject-matter experts to deliver effective learning sessions.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance improvement.
  • Maintain training calendars, attendance, and training MIS reports.
  • Performance Management
  • Develop KRAs and KPIs for all roles in alignment with organizational goals.
  • Conduct sessions with department heads to finalize role-wise performance parameters.
  • Manage the PMS cycle including goal setting, mid-term review, final appraisal process, and documentation.
  • Support managers in tracking employee performance and implementing improvement plans where required.
  • Ensure transparency, fairness, and consistency in performance evaluation practices.
  • Employee Skill Up gradation
  • Identify skill development opportunities and propose appropriate training interventions.
  • Work with employees to create individual development plans (IDPs).
  • Monitor skill enhancement progress and maintain employee skill matrices.
  • Promote continuous learning culture within the organization.
  • HR Operations & Support
  • Maintain updated training records and performance files.
  • Assist in HR policies, employee engagement activities, and other developmental initiatives.
  • Generate periodic reports for management review on training ROI, performance scores, and skill improvement trends.
