for employees and internal processes.
This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working across HR documentation, coordination, and employee support.
Key Responsibilities
Draft, update, and maintain
SOPs
for HR policies, employee workflows, and internal processes.
Handle HR operations including onboarding, documentation, attendance, and leave records.
Maintain employee files and HR data in compliance with company policies.
Support employee communication related to policies, procedures, and guidelines.
Coordinate with management on process improvements and operational clarity.
Assist in performance tracking, reporting, and internal audits.
Ensure confidentiality of employee and company information.
Required Skills & Qualifications
1-3 years of experience
in HR operations or administrative HR roles.
Strong ability to
write clear SOPs, policies, and process documents
.
Good communication skills (written and verbal English).
Proficiency in
MS Word & Excel
.
Strong organizational and documentation skills.
Graduation (any discipline).
Preferred Skills
Background in HR.
Familiarity with labor laws and HR compliance basics.
Experience working in structured or process-driven organizations.
