Position Overview
We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented
HR Executive / HR Manager
to take ownership of:
Hiring skilled trainers (full-time & part-time) for various technologies.
Building long-term trainer relationships.
Reaching out to companies for student placement.
This role bridges internal trainer recruitment and external placement partnerships, essential for delivering top-notch training and real job opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
Trainer Hiring & Onboarding
Identify full-time and part-time trainer requirements for different technologies and project-based training.
Draft and publish trainer JDs on portals and networks.
Source candidates via LinkedIn, Internshala, Telegram, WhatsApp groups, and alumni.
Conduct HR screening, schedule technical interviews and demo sessions.
Finalize offers and manage onboarding documentation/contracts.
Maintain an updated
Trainer Roster
with availability and expertise.
Trainer Management
Coordinate scheduling and class timelines with trainers.
Track attendance, feedback, and class quality.
Resolve conflicts or concerns from trainers or students.
Encourage trainer retention through recognition and consistent engagement.
Course-Specific Hiring
Coordinate with Academic Heads for the upcoming batch trainer needs.
Hire trainers for core technologies: Java, Python, MERN, MEAN, DevOps, Cloud, AI/ML, Cybersecurity, etc.
Conduct demo classes before selection.
Student Placement & Company Outreach
Identify companies open to fresher/intern hiring in IT and digital roles.
Reach out to HRs via LinkedIn, calls, and email campaigns.
Share student resumes, conduct placement drives, and manage interview schedules.
Collect feedback and placement confirmations.
Build and maintain a
Placement Tracker Sheet
.
Reporting & Documentation
Maintain Google Sheets/Excel reports for:
Trainer hiring
Outreach campaigns
Interviews and placements
Share weekly and monthly updates with management.
Support with feedback forms and SOP compliance.
Required Skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proven experience in hiring, recruitment, or placement coordination
Strong knowledge of LinkedIn and recruitment platforms
Good command over Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Forms)
Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree (BBA/MBA in HR or relevant field preferred)
1-5 years of HR or recruitment experience (EdTech experience is a plus)
Understanding of IT technologies and training market is an advantage
