Job Description

We are seeking an experienced

Talent Acquisition Professional

to join our HR team in Noida. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in sourcing, evaluating, and onboarding technical professionals for

infrastructure and construction consultancy projects

across India.

The role requires hands-on experience in recruitment for

Roads & Highways, Bridges, Railways, Water & Wastewater, and Irrigation projects

, along with familiarity in

government tenders, INFRACON portal

, and related empanelment processes.

Key Responsibilities:



Source, screen, and recruit skilled professionals such as

Civil Engineers, Structural Experts, Project Managers, Quantity Surveyors, CAD Professionals, and Site Engineers

. Manage end-to-end recruitment for infrastructure sectors including: Roads & Highway Bridges Railway Infrastructure Projects Water Supply & Wastewater Management Irrigation and Canal Projects Utilize traditional and digital sourcing channels (LinkedIn, Naukri, Job Portals, and

INFRACON Portal

) to identify top talent. Develop and implement strategic hiring plans to meet project-specific manpower requirements. Coordinate closely with Technical, Proposal, and Tendering teams to ensure alignment of staffing needs for bids and ongoing projects. Maintain and update a database of professionals registered under

INFRACON

and other government empanelment systems. Oversee interview coordination, offer management, and onboarding to ensure timely mobilization of resources. Track

industry hiring trends

and competitor recruitment practices to strengthen talent pipelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's or Master's Degree

in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

Minimum 5 years

of proven experience in

Talent Acquisition

within

Construction or Infrastructure Consultancy

domains. Strong understanding of technical roles and qualifications in infrastructure projects (EPC / PMC). Proven experience in recruitment for

government-funded projects

and knowledge of empanelment systems like

INFRACON, CPPP, GeM, Tenderwizard

, etc. Excellent sourcing, screening, and interviewing capabilities. Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
