End-to-end recruitment: JD drafting, sourcing, screening, interviews, onboarding.
Drive hiring for real estate roles: sales, channel partners, back office, field ops.
Implement anti-ghosting protocols and candidate credibility checks.
Coordinate with external recruitment agencies, colleges, and portals.
Organizational Development:
Design 30-60-90 Day onboarding & goal setting for each role.
Create performance appraisal systems and implement feedback loops.
Maintain org charts, role clarity documents, SOP manuals.
HR Operations:
Maintain attendance, leaves, and compliance records.
Support payroll and incentives in coordination with Accounts.
Handle employee grievance redressal swiftly and confidentially.
Culture & Retention:
Champion a performance-first, no-nonsense culture.
Design engagement initiatives focused on ownership and excellence.
Manage attrition, exit interviews, and retention strategies.
Requirements:
2+ years of HR experience (Real Estate preferred).
Strong communication, documentation, and follow-up skills.
Tech-savvy with HRMS, ATS, Excel/Google Sheets.
Self-driven, highly accountable
