, with a strong presence across Eastern India. We are looking for a

dedicated Male HR professional

to manage both sales and office staff at our

Arambagh office

.

Key Responsibilities:



Oversee

HR operations

for sales and office teams (30-35 employees). Handle

recruitment, onboarding, attendance, and payroll management

. Ensure smooth implementation of

HR policies and compliance

. Support

performance management, staff motivation, and grievance handling

. Act as a

bridge between management and employees

to maintain a positive work culture.

Requirements:



Male candidate only

.

Bachelor's degree

(MBA in HR preferred).

2-5 years of experience

in HR management (manufacturing/ FMCG/ feed industry preferred). Strong

communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills

. Ability to handle both

field and office HR requirements

.
