We are looking for an enthusiastic and proactive HR professional with 6 months to 1 year of hands-on experience in recruitment, employee engagement, and HR operations. The ideal candidate should have a good understanding of basic HR processes and be eager to grow in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding).
Maintain employee records and assist in HR documentation.
Support payroll and attendance management.
Assist in employee engagement activities and performance tracking.
Coordinate with different departments for HR-related requirements.
Manage internship hiring and maintain candidate databases.
Provide administrative support to the HR department.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR / Business Administration or related field.
6 months to 1 year of relevant HR experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools.
Ability to multitask and handle responsibilities independently.
