Source, screen, and schedule interviews for potential candidates.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements.
Prepare job postings and handle end-to-end recruitment processes.
Manage onboarding formalities -- offer letters, joining documentation, and induction programs.
2. Employee Relations & Engagement
Maintain employee records and ensure timely updates in HR systems.
Address employee queries and grievances with professionalism.
Support employee engagement initiatives, events, and recognition programs.
3. Attendance, Payroll & Compliance
Track attendance, leaves, and overtime records accurately.
Coordinate with the accounts department for payroll processing.
Ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESI, gratuity, labor laws, etc.).
4. Training & Development
Identify training needs and coordinate internal or external training sessions.
Maintain training records and evaluate effectiveness.
5. Performance Management
Assist in implementing appraisal processes and goal-setting activities.
Maintain performance records and follow up on evaluations.
6. HR Administration
Prepare HR reports, MIS data, and maintain personnel files.
Support audits and ensure confidentiality of employee information.
Implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Qualifications and Skills:
Bachelor's or Master's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
1-5 years of experience in HR.
Knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR software (HRIS, payroll tools, etc.).
Strong communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Ability to handle sensitive information with integrity and confidentiality.
Work Environment:
Office-based role (with occasional visits to factory or site if applicable).
