Handle ESI and PF registrations, filings, and compliance
Process monthly payroll accurately and on time
Maintain employee records and statutory documentation
Manage end-to-end recruitment (screening, interviews, onboarding)
Coordinate with management on HR-related requirements
Ensure compliance with basic labour laws and internal HR policies
Eligibility & Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in HR operations
Hands-on knowledge of ESI, PF, and Payroll
Prior experience in recruitment
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Reliable, detail-oriented, and compliance-focused
