Key Responsibilities:



Assist in end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews, and onboarding. Maintain employee records (attendance, leave, personal files) in compliance with company policies. Coordinate and support performance management and employee appraisal processes. Handle employee grievances and support a positive workplace culture. Manage HR documentation such as offer letters, contracts, and policy updates. Support HR audits and compliance requirements. Conduct employee engagement activities and internal communications. Assist in payroll processing by coordinating with finance and maintaining accurate data.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Proven experience in an HR generalist or executive role. Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices. Proficient in MS Office and HRMS software. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹42,000.00 per month
