About the Company



We are an IT services and product development company working across web, mobile, and cloud technologies. We're looking for a proactive HR professional who can independently handle end-to-end HR functions, support fast-paced engineering teams, and strengthen our people operations.

Key Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition



Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, shortlisting. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand technical requirements (developers, QA, DevOps, designers). Manage job postings, talent pipelines, and recruitment metrics. Drive employer branding and hiring campaigns.

2. Onboarding & Offboarding



Create and execute structured onboarding programs. Handle documentation, background verification, and induction sessions. Conduct exit interviews and maintain proper documentation. Ensure smooth transitions and knowledge transfers.

3. HR Operations



Maintain HRMS records, employee data, attendance & leave management. Handle payroll inputs, timesheets, and coordination with finance. Issue offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, and other HR documents. Maintain compliance with labour laws and company policies.

4. Employee Engagement



Plan and execute engagement activities, team events, and recognition programs. Conduct satisfaction surveys and drive improvement initiatives. Serve as the employees' primary point of contact for HR-related queries.

5. Performance Management



Coordinate quarterly/biannual performance review cycles. Support managers in goal setting (OKRs/KPIs). Track progress and maintain performance-related documentation.

6. Learning & Development



Identify skill gaps and organise training sessions. Work with leadership to build strong learning culture.

7. Policy & Process Management



Draft, update, and implement HR policies for an IT services environment. Ensure consistency in HR processes across the organisation. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.

Required Skills & Qualifications



3-5 years of HR experience

, preferably in an IT services or tech startup environment. Strong knowledge of recruitment for technical roles. Experience in HR operations, onboarding, compliance, and employee relations. Working knowledge of HRMS tools (Zoho People, GreytHR, Keka, etc.). Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict-resolution skills. Strong organisational and documentation skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications



MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Management or related field. Experience in scaling teams from 20-100+ employees. Exposure to performance management frameworks and competency mapping. Knowledge of IT industry roles and workflow (Agile, DevOps, Product teams).
