About the Role

We're looking for a

motivated and enthusiastic HR Executive

to join our growing team at

Samyotech Software Solutions

You'll be responsible for handling

recruitment, onboarding, HR operations

, and

employee engagement

while helping build a strong and positive work culture.

Key Responsibilities

? End-to-end

recruitment

- sourcing, screening, scheduling, and onboarding.
? Maintain

employee records

, attendance, and compliance documentation.
? Coordinate

resource planning

with project managers.
? Assist with

performance management

and appraisal coordination.
? Conduct

employee engagement & retention activities

.
? Draft HR letters, manage exit formalities, and maintain HR MIS reports.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR / Business Administration.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
Experience using LinkedIn, Naukri, or other hiring platforms (preferred).
Quick learner with a proactive and professional attitude.
