HR Manager - Tech & AI Hiring

Location: Gurugram / Nearby Only (On-site)

Joining: IMMEDIATE JOINER - 1 to 4 Days MAX (Mandatory)

Working Days: Monday to Saturday

Reporting To: CEO

You can join within 1-4 days maximum

You are comfortable working on-site

You are willing to work Monday to Saturday

Role Overview

We are hiring an HR Manager - Tech & AI Hiring who can join immediately and take complete ownership of:

AI & technology hiring

Conducting interviews (including technical rounds)

Employee handling and execution

Daily reporting to the CEO

This is a high-responsibility role requiring speed, discipline, leadership, and delivery focus.

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Tech Hiring

Hire for AI, ML/DL, Backend, Frontend, Cloud, DevOps, Testing, Design, AR/VR roles

Source, screen, interview, and close candidates quickly

Ensure candidates are immediate joiners

Coordinate and manage technical & leadership interview rounds

Maintain strong hiring turnaround time

2. Technical Interview Capability

Strong understanding of AI / IT / Computer Science roles

Ability to conduct or support technical interview rounds

Work closely with AI engineers and senior technical leaders

3. Daily Reporting to CEO (Mandatory)

Submit end-of-day reports to the CEO covering:

Hiring status

Interview outcomes

Closures

Risks and blockers

Maintain complete transparency and accuracy

4. Employee Handling & Execution

Handle employees and teams

Ensure work is completed on time

Strict follow-ups to get work done

Handle performance, discipline, and accountability

Ensure execution, not excuses

5. Project Delivery Support

Coordinate manpower planning with project teams

Ensure people availability as per timelines

Support leadership to ensure on-time project delivery

6. Accountability & Commitment (Mandatory)

Full ownership of hiring and execution

Commitment to timelines and results

Zero tolerance for excuses

Accountability for outcomes, not activities
