The Executive HR will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process for teaching and non-teaching staff. This includes identifying staffing needs, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience aligned with the schools values and standards. The candidate must also have at least 1 year of experience in HR Operations, basic knowledge of HR compliances, and strong proficiency in MS Excel.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing requirements.
Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, and referrals.
Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist candidates.
Schedule and coordinate interviews with academic and administrative panels.
Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment reports.
Support onboarding, joining formalities, and documentation processes.
Promote the schools brand and culture during recruitment activities.
Ensure compliance with school policies and recruitment regulations.
Assist in HR Operations tasks as required.
Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
*1 year of recruitment experience.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially MS Excel) and HR/recruitment software.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines.
