US logistics and transportation industry
. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end HR operations, talent acquisition, compliance, employee engagement, and performance management while supporting business growth in a fast-paced logistics environment.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning
Handle
end-to-end recruitment
for US logistics roles (Freight Brokers, Dispatchers, Sales, Operations, Track & Trace, Carrier Sales, etc.)
Partner with leadership to forecast manpower needs
Manage onboarding, documentation, and induction processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's degree in
HR, Business Administration, or related field
Strong experience in US logistics / freight brokerage / transportation industry
Excellent knowledge of
recruitment, HR operations, and employee relations
Strong communication and documentation skills
Hands-on experience with
HRMS, ATS, payroll coordination
Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
Comfortable working in
US shifts
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
Work Location: In person
