Key Responsibilities
Assist hiring, onboarding, attendance, payroll coordination, and exits
Maintain HR records, NDAs, and data in Zoho People
Support reviews, team engagement, and internal communication
Handle HR documentation, assets, reimbursements, and basic compliance
Key Skills
Organized, detail-oriented, and people-friendly
Familiar with HR processes and Zoho tools (preferred)
Comfortable in a fast-paced creative environment
Experience
Graduate with 0-1 year HR/Admin experience
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
