Employee Relations & HRIS:

- Responsible for total coordination of HR activities which includes employee relationship, employee engagement activities, day to day handling employees HR enquiries, issues & solving their problem. Council the associates if there is any issue relating to behavior, attendances & performance. Maintaining of employee database and preparation of various reports. Maintaining details of employees I.e. experience, skills and salary. Preparation of hiring reports and sending monthly reports to deputy manager HR.

Recruitment

: - Recruitment & selection. Responsible of fulfilment of recruitment of candidates (Senior & Middle) from many sources I.e. through Job Portals, head hunting, personal & professional references etc. Sourcing & screening and short-listing of candidates to ascertain their competencies skills and aspirations (based on work, position, salary and relocation) etc. Coordinating with project heads for gathering External manpower requirements. Fulfilling the recruitment target on the specific time period. Joining formalities. I.e. providing offer letter & appointment letters.

Induction & Exit: -

Responsible for induction orientation program for the newly recruited employees for making them familiar with company culture, rules & regulation. Complete joining formalities of all the new joinee and inducting them to the organization schedule and conduct Induction training programs across various lines of the business. Take care of termination/separation formalities.

Training & Development

- In-charge for arranging various resources required for the training programs. Interaction with line Managers to identify the various to identify the various training requirements and arranging for the same. Face Client audit. Follow all documentation according to Sops.

Other HR Activities & Admin activities: -

Preparing HR reports & other MIS reports send it to the HOD on weekly basis. Coordination on the Mediclaim cards of the associates & the process of the mediclaim & updating the associates on the

requirements. Maintaining regularity the HR notice, board, Booking tickets & hotels as per the tour plans ^ arranging for all necessary steps of travel of the associates. Following up with vendors for invoices & the issue arise for work . Maintaining store data & updating the same. Other day to day admin activities as & when required.

Performances Management: -

Responsible for coordination of timely completion of the Performance evaluation & appraisal, prepare performance analysis reports & send the reports to management for review. Based on the report of Performance evaluation have to take necessary actions.
