Handle end-to-end recruitment process for various roles.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and consultancy partners.
Screen resumes, shortlist suitable profiles, and schedule interviews.
Conduct initial HR screening calls to assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews with internal teams and maintain timely communication with candidates.
Maintain candidate databases and update daily hiring reports.
Assist in offer roll-out, documentation, and onboarding activities.
Support HR Manager in day-to-day HR operations when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic understanding of recruitment processes.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn.
Knowledge of MS Office (Excel/Word) is a plus.
