Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented
HR Executive
to support our HR operations and contribute to building a positive workplace culture. The ideal candidate will handle recruitment, employee engagement, HR documentation, performance processes, and general HR administration.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding.
Maintain and update HR documentation including employee records, HR policies, and attendance.
Support payroll preparation and ensure timely submission of required data.
Coordinate employee engagement activities, events, and training programs.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and maintain a healthy workplace environment.
Assist in performance management processes and periodic reviews.
Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations.
Collaborate with department heads on manpower planning and hiring requirements.
Maintain HR dashboards, reports, and regular updates for management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
1-3 years of experience
in HR operations or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of HR processes, recruitment tools, and HRMS software.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain confidentiality.
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in IT/tech recruitment.
Understanding of labor laws and compliance practices.
Experience in conducting HR training or engagement programs.
