We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Senior Executive to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment processes, employee engagement, compliance, and performance management. The ideal candidate should have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to handle multiple HR functions efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Manage full-cycle recruitment including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Develop job descriptions, post job openings, and maintain recruitment trackers.
Handle employee onboarding, documentation, induction sessions, and exit formalities.
Maintain and update employee records in HRMS.
Handle employee grievances, employee relations, and conflict resolution.
Implement HR policies and ensure statutory compliance (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.).
Coordinate performance appraisal and KPI evaluation processes.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities and training programs.
Process payroll inputs and assist in monthly salary finalization.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and dashboards for management review.
Ensure discipline, attendance, and leave management across departments.
Skills & Competencies
Strong knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, and compliance.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) & HRMS tools.
Problem-solving mindset and strong decision-making skills.
Qualification
MBA / PGDM in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
