Job Description

We are looking for an HR Executive to manage recruitment, employee coordination, and daily HR operations. The candidate should be organized, confident, and able to handle employee queries professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end recruitment (job postings, screening, scheduling interviews).

Maintain employee records and documentation.

Manage onboarding and exit formalities.

Support payroll, attendance, and leave management.

Coordinate with different departments for HR requirements.

Address employee concerns and maintain a positive work environment.

Assist in HR policies, training, and compliance activities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree.

Prior experience in HR preferred.

Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and HR processes.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
