We are looking for an HR Executive with strong experience in Talent Acquisition to handle end-to-end recruitment for various business functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.
Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and internal databases.
Screen resumes, schedule interviews, and coordinate with hiring managers.
Conduct initial HR screening to evaluate candidate fit.
Maintain and update recruitment trackers and reports.
Ensure a smooth and professional candidate experience throughout the process.
Support HR operations when required.
Requirements:
Graduation in any discipline (MBA in HR preferred).
1-3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
Familiarity with job portals and sourcing tools.
Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices.
