Job Description

The

HR Executive

will support day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee data management, attendance, and compliance activities. This role is ideal for a candidate eager to build a strong foundation in HR within a dynamic design and manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:



1. Recruitment & Onboarding



Assist in sourcing and screening resumes through job portals and social media platforms. Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and hiring managers. Support in drafting offer letters and employment documents. Help organize induction programs and onboarding formalities for new employees.

2. Attendance & Employee Records



Maintain employee attendance, leave, and timekeeping records. Update HR databases and personnel files regularly. Coordinate with accounts/payroll team for attendance and salary inputs.

3. HR Operations & Documentation



Prepare HR letters such as experience, salary, and confirmation letters. Ensure proper documentation for new joiners and leavers. Assist in maintaining statutory compliance records (PF, ESI, Gratuity, etc.).

4. Employee Engagement



Help organize employee welfare and engagement activities. Support HR team in conducting events, celebrations, and internal communications.

5. General Administrative Support



Coordinate with vendors and internal departments for HR-related logistics. Handle day-to-day HR queries from employees under supervision of HR Manager.

Qualifications & Skills:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in HR (full-time role preferred). Basic understanding of HR functions, recruitment processes, and labor laws. Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and HRMS software (preferred). Good communication and interpersonal skills. Organized, detail-oriented, and eager to learn.
