Job Description

The HR Executive will be responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations including recruitment, employee engagement, documentation, attendance, payroll coordination and compliance activities. The role requires familiarity with hospital HR policies and NABH-related HR documentation.

Key Responsibilities:1. Recruitment & Onboarding



Assist in end-to-end recruitment process - sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews and reference checks. Prepare offer letters, appointment letters and joining formalities. Maintain updated manpower data and track vacant positions. Conduct new employee induction and hospital orientation programs.

2. Attendance & Payroll Coordination



Maintain attendance records and leave management systems. Coordinate with accounts/payroll team for monthly salary processing. Manage shift schedules, rosters and biometric attendance data.

3. Employee Records & HR Documentation



Maintain updated personnel files, service records and statutory documents. Ensure proper maintenance of employee registers as per statutory and NABH norms. Handle ID cards, confirmation letters and performance appraisal data.

4. Employee Engagement & Welfare



Organize employee engagement activities, celebrations and welfare initiatives. Address basic employee grievances and escalate where necessary. Promote positive employee relations and maintain confidentiality.

5. Statutory Compliance & Policy Implementation



Support HR Manager in maintaining compliance with labour laws (PF, ESIC, Gratuity, etc.). Assist in audits (NABH) and maintain relevant HR records. Ensure HR policies and SOPs are implemented effectively across departments.

6. Training & Development



Assist in identifying training needs and preparing monthly training calendars. Coordinate internal and external training sessions for staff as per NABH requirements. Maintain records of attendance, feedback and training evaluation.

Qualification & Skills:



Graduate / Postgraduate in HR / MBA (Human Resources) / MSW 1-2 years of experience in HR (hospital experience preferred) Knowledge of HR operations, documentation and statutory compliance Familiarity with NABH HR requirements and hospital staffing structure Good communication, interpersonal and coordination skills Proficiency in MS Office and HR software
