Job Description

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing recruitment operations, coordinating interviews and orientations, handling documentation, and supporting both strategic and administrative HR initiatives to ensure smooth organizational operations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment & Onboarding:

oHandle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, cold calling, and shortlisting candidates.

oSchedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

oMaintain candidate databases and ensure timely follow-ups.

oCoordinate for onboarding formalities and employee orientation programs.

oMaintain and verify all joining and employee documentation

2. HR Operations & Coordination:

oManage and organize HR related documentation.

oAssist in handling team-related queries and employee engagement activities.

oCoordinate with different departments for HR and admin-related requirements.

oEnsure smooth communication and prompt resolution of HR-related concerns.

3. Strategic and Administrative Support:

oSupport the organization's strategic goals through HR initiatives and process improvements.

oMaintain HR databases and records, ensuring confidentiality of sensitive employee information.

oWork closely with management to address HR-related issues and promote a positive, inclusive work environment.

4. Office Administration:

oOversee day-to-day office administration tasks.

oCoordinate with vendors and service providers for office maintenance, supplies, and logistics.

oSupport in organizing office events, meetings, and other HR-related initiatives.

Key Skills:

oBachelor's/ Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.

oMin. 01 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, or administration. (suitable Freshers may also apply)

oStrong communication and interpersonal skills.

oExcellent organizational and multitasking abilities with attention to detail.

oAble to manage confidential information responsibly and professionally.

oProficiency in MS Office and HR management tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
