The HR Executive is responsible for managing day-to-day HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, payroll assistance, statutory compliance, and documentation. The role ensures that all HR operations comply with labor laws and company policies.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Human Resource Management
Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes.
Maintain employee personal files and HR records.
Handle attendance, leave, and payroll coordination.
Support employee engagement and welfare activities.
Prepare HR letters (appointment, increment, warning, termination, etc.).
2. Statutory Compliance
Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws (PF, ESI, Gratuity, Bonus, Minimum Wages, etc.).
Maintain statutory registers and records as per factory and labor laws.
Coordinate with consultants/auditors for statutory filings and inspections.
Handle contractor compliance and verify labor license and statutory documents.
3. HR Documentation & Reporting
Maintain and update MIS reports, HR dashboards, and compliance trackers.
Manage renewals of licenses, insurance, and statutory returns.
Conduct internal audits related to HR and compliance processes.
4. Coordination & Support
Liaise with site HR/admin teams for compliance and manpower management.
Support management in disciplinary actions and grievance handling.
Assist in policy implementation and compliance communication.
Required Skills & Competencies:
Good knowledge of
Labor Laws, ESI, PF, PT, CLRA, and other statutory regulations
.
Proficient in
MS Excel, HRIS, and payroll processing tools
.
Strong communication, coordination, and documentation skills.
Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential data.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor's / Master's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
