We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented
HR Executive
with 2-3 years of experience to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will manage end-to-end
Talent Acquisition
while also supporting
HR Operations
activities. Experience in the
travel industry
or with international process (BPO) hiring will be a strong advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition:
Lead recruitment efforts for a wide variety of roles within the travel industry.
Use traditional and digital recruiting methods to attract a diverse range of candidates from the similar industry.
Hands on experience sourcing candidates through all social platform.
Manage candidate pipeline and maintain accurate recruitment trackers.
Build a positive candidate experience and maintain employer branding standards.
HR Operations:
Support onboarding and induction of new employees.
Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
Coordinate for employee engagement initiatives and internal communication.
Support compliance and documentation requirements.
Provide general HR support to employees and management.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in HR, with strong exposure to Talent Acquisition.
Prior experience in the travel industry preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in MS Office and HR tools/ATS platforms.
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable working in night shifts (onsite).
