We are looking for a skilled and motivated HR Executive to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate should possess sound knowledge of HR operations, recruitment, payroll, statutory compliance, and labour laws. This role involves managing the complete employee lifecycle and supporting the organization's HR objectives with professionalism and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate and conduct end-to-end recruitment processes, including screening, scheduling, and conducting interviews.
Prepare monthly payroll, generate salary slips, and ensure accurate processing of PF, ESI, and other statutory deductions.
Maintain employee attendance, leave, and personnel records with accuracy and confidentiality.
Ensure compliance with statutory and labour law requirements, including filing of returns and maintaining necessary documentation.
Address employee queries, support engagement activities, and assist in policy implementation.
Collaborate with management to improve HR processes and ensure a positive work environment.
Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of relevant experience in HR or generalist roles.
Proficiency in payroll management, MS Office, and HR software.
Strong understanding of PF, ESI, and labour laws.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
