About the Role:

We are looking for an energetic and proactive

HR Executive

to handle

end-to-end recruitment

for our FMCG division. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in hiring for sales, marketing, supply chain, and other functional roles across regions.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage

end-to-end recruitment

- sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. Handle

mass and niche hiring

across FMCG roles (Sales Officers, ASM/RSM, Marketing, Operations, etc.). Source candidates through

portals, social media, referrals, and headhunting.

Coordinate

offer rollouts, documentation, and induction formalities.

Maintain

recruitment trackers, MIS reports,

and ensure timely closures. Support

HR operations

and assist in employee engagement and HR coordination activities.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
